R. Bulhosen was born in Mexico City on November 10, 1978. Of Lebanese origin, she began her artistic career in 1991 in Mérida, Yucatan. A painter and filmmaker, her work includes several novels, short stories, screenplays, and poetry. Among his most notable works are titles such as "Touch My Skin," "Honor and Destiny," "Nicrophilia," "De-mente," "The Carnation Man," and "The Initiate." Furthermore, he has managed to capture his surrealist style with diverse materials such as oil, acrylics, and watercolors, transforming the essence of a simple canvas into a conjugation of dreams, poetry, and painting. During his career, he has participated in various group exhibitions, as well as leading solo exhibitions, sponsored by national and international institutions and cultural centers, such as the Centro Cultural Ateneo Español de México, A.C., the "Álamos" Cultural Center, the "Holi-Art" Café Gallery, the Azcapotzalco Museum (MUAR), and ANAPCAA, A.C. (National Association of Plastic Artists, Art Dealers, and Antique Dealers), which has close ties to Christie's Gallery in San Antonio, TX.
